These terms govern access to and use of AuditGuard AI. The service provides AI-assisted compliance analysis and suggested remediation language, not legal advice.
Service description
AuditGuard AI analyzes customer-uploaded contracts and policies against supported regulatory frameworks, produces cited findings, and drafts suggested remediation language for user review.
Account and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only for documents they have authority to process. Users may not upload content unlawfully or attempt to bypass security controls.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans, audit credits, trials, subscription renewals, and refund handling are described on the pricing page and in the Refund Policy.
AI-assisted output
AuditGuard AI is not a law firm. Outputs are software-generated compliance assistance and must be reviewed by qualified counsel or compliance professionals before use.
