Refund Policy
This policy explains when AuditGuard AI purchases and subscription payments may be refunded and how to request help with billing.
First paid purchase
AuditGuard offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first paid subscription period and unused first Starter audit credit, unless otherwise stated in an enterprise agreement.
Trials and renewals
Professional and Team plans may include a trial. Unless canceled before trial end, the plan renews monthly. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable but may be reviewed in good faith if you contact us quickly.
Failed audits
If an audit fails due to a system error on our side, the consumed audit credit is restored to the account balance.
How to request a refund
Email info@auditguard.org with the account email, charge date, and optional reason. We respond within 5 business days.
